Tahis DZ is an interdisciplinary artist who develops her work experimenting with various medias. Her practice goes throu themes such as memory, identity, rites of passage and ephemerality. Her creative processes flows between painting, mixed media, installations and video art. Tahis’ starting point comes from the need to create a composition with the aim to organize and resignify the matter, as they appear to her daily life. Bright colors, rough textures, uneven shapes and transparency are recurring aspects in Tahis’ works.
